Building A - Single dormitory rooms and restaurant
A 200-person restaurant and 60 single dormitory rooms. It includes recreational areas such as a gym and rhythm classroom.
Building B - Lab Building
  • High-ceiling first-floor space. This building provides public service spaces for finance services, a medical office, and living space, but the area is mainly reserved for the production-line testing and verification of an external rotor motor and DC compressor.
  • In addition to the Industrial Technology Research Institute (including co-op manufacturers), the second to fifth floors will house physics and chemistry laboratories, offices, and conference rooms.
Building C - Pilot Plant
  • Production and process test
  • Outdoor long-term testing and verification area
Building D - Smart Parking Lot and Energy Control Center
  • 360 indoor smart parking spaces
  • Demonstration Site Energy Control Center
Building E - Exhibition Hall, Training Classroom, and Intelligent Green Energy Demonstration House
  • Exhibition activities and space for rent
  • Provide a short-term green energy life experience for the general public

1. The building complex focuses on reducing the energy consumption of water and electricity transmission with the energy and water resources center as the core
2. Use passive design techniques such as building orientation, ventilating and daylighting patios, and soil-covered water bodies to reduce building energy consumption and improve green fitness
3. Combine the demonstration site to maximize the blue-green belt, and help biodiversity and urban Liangdao
